Refund policy
At MYDEEM, we strive to deliver products that will meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product. In such cases, we are happy to accept returns in line with the following policy:
Return Window: All products purchased from MYDEEM can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Restocking Fee: Please be aware that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means we will refund 80% of the product's original price.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the original condition, with all included accessories and in the original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, additional charges may apply.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@mydeem.ca. They will guide you through the steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you desire is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made furniture pieces.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including final sales, custom products, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please contact us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any justification. The same conditions as mentioned above apply to these returns.
