At MYDEEM, we aim to deliver your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping policies are tailored to meet the needs of our customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Southern Ontario, Ottawa, and Montreal. We have a range of delivery options available and our fees are calculated based on your order total and the delivery service you choose.
Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on order size and delivery location.

Room of Choice Delivery Policy:
Warehouse Pick-Up:
Once your order is ready for collection at our warehouse, we'll send you an email notification. Please make sure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate the items you've purchased in their original packaging. Our product warranty only covers items that leave the MYDEEM distribution center in their original condition and packaging. Please note that our staff is not obligated to help load your items into your vehicle. MYDEEM cannot be held liable for any damage to your vehicle that may occur during the loading process, nor can we take responsibility for any items that cannot be fitted into your vehicle due to their size or weight. If orders are not collected within 14 days after they've become available, they will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
Pre-Orders:
For pre-orders and custom requests, we recommend contacting our customer service at support@mydeem.ca to receive a professional consultation, with a price and expected delivery.
Cancelling/Modifying/Rescheduling Your Delivery:
Please be advised that modifications to your order, delivery address, or contact information cannot be accommodated within 72 hours of the slated shipping date, or once your order is in transit. Any alterations made to your order within this timeframe may incur additional charges. In the event of unavailability for the arranged delivery, please note that a supplementary delivery fee may be levied for rescheduling or canceling the order within 72 hours of the scheduled shipping date, or while your merchandise is en route.
Delivery Preparations:
All of our products are delivered in an assembly-ready state. Please note that our delivery personnel are not responsible for product unpacking, assembly, or removal of existing items. In the absence of functional elevators, the delivery team is equipped to transport items up to a limit of two floors. We kindly request that you facilitate clear and secure access to the delivery site, inclusive of suitable parking provisions. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend that you measure all doorways, hallways, and stairwells prior to our team's arrival. Detailed information on taking accurate measurements can be found on our website or at our physical stores.
Please note that our delivery protocol does not permit any alterations to doors, trims, moldings, or light fixtures to facilitate product passage. In the unfortunate event that the merchandise does not fit through the intended passage, the delivery charge will not be refunded and a return fee may apply. For the safety of our personnel, they will retain their safety footwear during delivery. We recommend appropriate measures be taken to safeguard your floors during the process.
Important Notice:
The delivery policy requires an adult to be present at the given address to accept the delivery. The delivery window is non-negotiable. In case of long-distance deliveries or unpredictable circumstances, MYDEEM can't be held accountable if the transporter fails to adhere to the provided delivery window. If no one is present at the specified delivery window, the item will be returned to the warehouse, and an additional fee will be charged to re-arrange the delivery.
Post-Delivery Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, ensure that all purchased items are present as per the packing slip. It's crucial to review this document before the delivery personnel departs, promptly notifying them and the customer support team at support@mydeem.ca of any discrepancies. Should any complications arise during delivery, duly annotate them on your packing slip, take as many pictures as possible, and contact our customer service immediately. The delivery personnel cannot assume liability for damages not indicated upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, preserve all contents and original packaging, and reach out to us immediately to facilitate appropriate resolution.
Warranty Details:
Our products carry a one-year warranty, which addresses manufacturing defects. This warranty pertains solely to the residential use of our products and does not cover ordinary wear and tear, light-induced discoloration, misuse, material shrinkage or pilling, or undue wear. Products requiring assembly demand careful handling. Prior to assembly, thoroughly inspect all parts and hardware. Valid claims for parts or hardware should be made before assembly, as the warranty does not cover damages resulting from assembly errors or mishandling of parts, including scratches.
Carriers and Tracking:
We work with 3rd party logistics companies and couriers. Customers will receive tracking updates and delivery notifications via email or text message.
